Ffs do what I said and that should determine whats at fault Bloody obvious dont know why you didn’t do that before. Is it lex,a powered hub or jsut plugged into a usb port and how many devices have you got plugged into it? I’m fairly certain there is a way by going to device manager to check out if llexma the HUB is faulty or there is some setting that’s just not letting it be displayed.

This is after all a voluntary help isn’t it? I don’t believe that I’ve got ‘xxx’ as you’ve said – just pointing out the plain facts. Buy me a coffee: Please try and make this forum a better more friendly place.

Think we’re just about ‘done’ on this now – but over time I do bub you getting rather cross too easily Of course I’ve already tried the other device straight into the laptop and yes it works – AND I’ve been to Device manager and can’t see a problem there – so why does the USB Hub show a light and still not work???? It does have a very long rather thin cord attached to the usb plug uub the hub itself. Do you think you are being burdoned too much – just don’t answer if you’re not going to be able to help.

Try plugging the device directly into the laptop instead of through the hub to see if it works Read the first message again – anyone would realise that when I said Lexmq can’t see it in ‘computer’ that I HAD actually looked there? You have not answered me – hope your mood will wear off.

Perhaps there is someone else out there that MAY wish to help me. Just wish people could learn to be more polite about it.
